You are cordially invited to the College & Research Libraries Section fall event: “An Evening with the Experts: Universal Design & Libraries".

How can we ensure that our library spaces, services and instruction are accessible to the diverse communities we serve? During our fall event, we will explore Universal Design (UD), a framework that seeks to eliminate barriers that prevent people from accessing environments and services.  We’ll also examine Universal Design for Learning (UDL), an extension of the UD framework that offers ways to meet the learning needs of our students. For some insightful discussion about the application of UD and UDL in academic libraries, please join us for an evening with the experts! More details about the speakers can be found in the attached poster.
