Save the Date: CODE Holiday Fundraising Event

CALL FOR RAFFLE ITEMS

All ABQLA members are invited to solicit individuals, local merchants and other contacts to donate raffle prizes. A significant portion of the funds raised during our CODE event come from the sale of tickets for our amazing raffle.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO BRING IN RAFFLE PRIZES .

Attached are letters (English and French) that you may use when asking for prizes. The letters tell a little of what CODE is about and also suggest the kinds of items we hope to have for the raffle.

For each item donated, we need the following information:

  • ITEM (what it is)
  • DONOR (business card or name of contact, company, address, telephone number, e-mail address)
  • VALUE (approximate)

A running list of prizes will be made available to enhance the selling of the raffle tickets closer to the Fundraiser date. Kindly inform one of the Organizers as soon as you secure a donated item. Bring the raffle items to the Fundraiser on December 3 OR arrange to have them delivered to one of the Organizers by Tuesday, December 2.

2008 marks the 25th Anniversary of our fundraising event. Let's give ourselves the added challenge of

  • making our raffle the best yet – topping last year's array of magnificent prizes
  • surpassing our record donation of $2000 to CODE.
