The annual CODE Fundraiser is a joint venture of the ABQLA, CLA (Montreal Network) and SLA (Eastern Canada Chapter).
This year the CODE Fundraiser will take place on Thursday 28 November, 2013.
The event will be between 5:30-8:30 at Thomson House , 3650 McTavish St. McGill University.

We are also pleased to offer a fabulous array of gifts for the much anticipated raffle. The gifts range from a basket of goodies to gift certificates to a mysterious membership with an association close and dear to our hearts amongst many, many other amazing prizes. CODE was founded in 1959 with the humanitarian aim of promoting literacy and education in the developing world. Since 1995, the Montreal library associations' holiday fundraiser has contributed more than $40,000 to CODE, with over $160,000 in donations generated through other organizations which either match or leverage the initial contribution. The fundraisers’ donation is matched by Mr. Mark Galler, and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) leverages the donation by a ratio of 3:1.
Please do join us, again this year for this worthwhile and philanthropic Fundraiser.
