Dr. Ehret is a professor at McGill University and currently teaches a course on Digital Media and Learning. His research interests include: writing, literacies and digital culture, digital media and learning, and the anthropology of education.

Repurpose your weeded books to decorate your library!

It is always difficult to throw out weeded books, but Book Art gives you a chance to repurpose them, decorate your library, and gets students involved in maker culture all at the same time! We will be demonstrating a variety of book art techniques including book sculpture, origami, and quilling.

New National School Library Standards

The Canadian Library Association (CLA) is pleased to announce the launch of its latest publication, Leading Learning: Standards of Practice for School Library Learning Commons in Canada.

The new standards were created with input from committees across the country, including a Quebec committee under the Association pour la promotion des services documentaires scolaires (APSDS).
