  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead monthly Communications Committee meetings
    • Organize monthly meetings (create Zoom invitation, ensure information is shared with all committee members).
    • Set agenda for monthly meetings, share with committee members.
    • Write meeting minutes; share with committee members.
    • Share important updates or questions from the Board with Communications Committee members.
    • Share Communications Committee member questions or requests to the Board (e.g., requests for reports from section lead for Bulletin).
  • Time commitment: 
    • 2-5 hours per month depending on time of year (busier in March-May when conference approaches).
    • Required to attend Board meetings and lead Communications Committee meetings.
  • Ideal role if…

    • You can ensure timely communications with your team members.
    • You want to help develop sustainable ways to communicate effectively and efficiently both within the association and beyond.
