In their new adventure, the bear, the moose, and the beaver are preparing for their Christmas Eve celebration when they notice they forgot the most important element of all—the Christmas tree! Hilarity ensues as they fight over whether the tree should be cut down. Will the three friends agree on a compromise and save their celebration? This wonderful new instalment in Oldland’s Life in the Wild series would serve as a great conversation starter on conservation, compromise, and friendship in the classroom or at home with little children. The short, easy text, as well as the funny and colourful illustrations would make this board book a great read for story time and would be a great addition to any library with little patrons. Although recommended for the very young, this book could also be appealing to children up to age 5.
