Communications Director
- Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly Communications Committee meetings
- Organize monthly meetings (create Zoom invitation, ensure information is shared with all committee members).
- Set agenda for monthly meetings, share with committee members.
- Write meeting minutes; share with committee members.
- Share important updates or questions from the Board with Communications Committee members.
- Share Communications Committee member questions or requests to the Board (e.g., requests for reports from section lead for Bulletin).
- Time commitment:
- 2-5 hours per month depending on time of year (busier in March-May when conference approaches).
- Required to attend Board meetings and lead Communications Committee meetings.
- Ideal role if…
