In what might be the cutest picture book I’ve read recently, John Sullivan and Hatem Aly have managed to create a heartwarming and informational story about stray kittens and a little boy’s determination to make sure they’re safe and cared for. With help from his big brother and local veterinarian, he manages to get the kittens trapped, neutered, and returned with new outdoor cat shelters to keep them warm. Keep reading for a warm and fuzzy ending followed by an information and resource sheet. Ethan and the Strays is perfect for cat lovers, do gooders, and everyone else.
